INVERLOCH pastel artist Judy Soerink features in the first of the Sunday Afternoon with the Artists series at the Wonthaggi Goods Shed this Sunday.

LAST winter Bass Coast Artists Society hit the jackpot with the very popular series, in which members of the society talked about – and perhaps demonstrated – their work.

With the cold wet weather settling in, the series returns this winter with artists appearing on every third Sunday of the month (May to November) at the Goods Shed in Wonthaggi.

The first event on Sunday featuring pastel artist Judy Soerink. Future events feature Ray Dahlstrom (oil, contemporary), Dennis Laversha (acrylic) and Susan Hall (charcoal drawing)

The entry fee is $5, which includes afternoon tea. Everyone is most welcome.

Judy provided all those who attended to a wonderful demonstration of a pastel seascape. A very enjoyable way to spend a winter Sunday afternoon
Next demonstration, Sunday June 17 @ 1.30 pm. Join us at the Goods Shed for afternoon tea with Ray Dahlstrom (Oil - Contemporary)
