WHEN it comes to breath-taking ocean beaches, we are spoilt for choice in Bass Coast. Twin Reefs near Inverloch is a hidden gem.

I timed my visit to capture the turning of the tide, and I was lucky enough to visit after a deluge of rain had created a colourful natural waterfall.

Walking along the shoreline taking in the first impresion of the deep blue sea and wondering what nature has in store for me.
The rocks provide habitat for creatures below the sea and natural beauty above.
This photograph makes me wonder what’s living in the rock pools. I guess many creatures call it home.
A massive rainfall a few days before my visit produced this gorgeous natural water fall.
Nature’s beauty is apparent in the colours and natural habitat.
I wait to watch the tide coming in and wonder what will come next.
The waves start to increase in volume, rolling over the rocks and slowly coming towards me.
I can sense the rising tide and see the waves glisening in the sun.
This one makes me wonder what’s coming next.
The waves are certainly getting bigger and stronger.
The photo I’ve been waiting for.
My patience is rewarded. I’m in awe of nature.
