My experience, as a person that needs detail and has no belief of the "trust me" push on the YES vote, was that I didn't have enough info ... so would have voted no, based on lack of information.
However, after a good discussion with my wife, who basically said “Don't over think it - do you or do you not want to be the LAST place to recognise our first peoples?” I don't so the vote would be YES!
Upon reflection I believe our PM has oversold the whole issue and it has become a political nightmare. For a country that had the white Australia policy some time ago (in hindsight, maybe someone thought it was good) how can we not see how clear a YES vote is.
I place the confusion on Mr Albanese - it is simply absurd.
